Rosebud apartments

This development proposal aims to provide affordable apartment living within a beachside suburban setting. The site is surrounded by parkland and low-rise suburban houses. To fit in with this context, the design breaks down the building's three-storey form through façade breaks, setbacks of upper floors, and ample planting opportunities. A simple material palette and a logical building form offer a cost-effective construction solution.
